Homeowners fees:

How are annual homeowner fees used?

We appreciate everyone keeping up to date with homeowner fees, as it allows us to

maintain and enhance our neighbourhood, both practically, and as we build a sense

of community.

Fees cover things like:

•  Grass mowing of shared spaces, roadsides & walking paths

•  Community events

•  Enhancement projects

•  Office supplies, mailouts & administration

The Community Association strives to keep these fees as low as possible and are pleased

to be able to maintain them at $100 for 2025.

Association fees are invoiced in February and fees due by end of Q1
